tournament between sites

Our site have been invites to a world tournament between different sites, the invitation is:

Every academy admin can register and after confirming from 1 to 8 students (or
even administrators) register them in our tournament!
We are not a Duel Academy so we are not interested to get your students! We
promise a fair tournament where our only objective is to determine The Academy
Of The Month, no cheats from none and respect for everyone!
We think that is in our both parts interes to join this tournament! We also
offer free publicity for every academy which joins and a special spot for the
winner and his academy!
Our tournaments are organized every month!
Since this is our first event we encourage you to tell other academies about
the event so the tournament will be more attractive.

The rules of this tournament are:
1.This will be the tournament format( click here).
2.There will be up to 64 duelist taking part in the tournament.
3.Every academy can register from 1 to 10 students!
4.If the limit 64 will be reached the sign-ups will be closed!(Although I don't think people should worry about the limit because if necessary it would be changed by adding play-off)
5.There are no banned cards and games will be played on KCVDS(download link for the game ; about KCVDS and guides ; KCVDS guide)!
6.There are "5 special cards" that will give the winner of the tournament a special prize!(we will add more information about this at the start of the tournament)
7.Procedure of the tournament:
a---Every duellist will be shorted in Group A and Group B(for duels we don't want to make an hard life for duellist so duels will be played based on GMT, although the short will not be affected,still will be occasional)!
b---Than Every duellist will be shorted in the groups from 1 to 16(during only this short there can't be shorted duellist of the same academy)!
c---Winner of 2 duels of 3 from every group will advance to the next round!
d---The wining semifinalist of Group A and Group B will duel in the tournament Final and the looser of the semifinals will duel for the Third Place!
e---The four semifinalist will be qualified already for the second round of next month tournament, if they would like to take part again!(plus "special cards list" will give them bonuses that will be explained at the start of this tournament)
8.The battles and the winners will be recorded in The History Book.
9.At the end of the year we will publish the Hall Of Fame for Academies and Duellist!

New Update at rules:
Every player should battle against is opponent within 2 hours from his match arranged time or he will be disqualified!
The last day for registration will be 21st August and on 22nd the tournament will start, so if you dont register until 21st August you will miss this tournament so it will be better to hurry.

So if you are interested in joining to this world tournament you are free to join dont forgot that the maximum number of players is 8 so the first 8 players which will join will enter this tournament.

there is just one last update in the rules: Every player should battle against is opponent within 2 hours from his match arranged time or he will be disqualified!

However I think this is no problem because every persons duel time will be arranged based on his GMT and every player will be pm before the time is set!

And sorry if I say this again please try to have at least 5 players, not only help me to reach 32 players but also increase the chances for your academy to win!

The wining academy prize doesn't go to the academy of the wining player(it may happen) but the ranking is based on points (however the winner will give a lot of points to his academy!)

However I see dark_star is determined to win in this tournament and makes me think he will be a hard player to beat!

Good I supose you reached 3 people now + if Scooter himself joins that means you are 4 at that point if you could get just one more people it means you for good in race for the Academy of The Month title!

I want to quit the tournament.... I downloaded KCVDS todey and it turns out i can't duel at all. I can only play Power Of Chaos Joey The Passion and i'll only mess up at that tournament.

there is in fact an update at kcvds!

KCVDS have been updated recently and it may experience some problems but they will be solved soon.
